Back in 2018, PnrGo started as an idea to tackle new requirements imposed on air carriers by the EU directive on Passenger Name Record (PNR) data. As we delivered the very first software solution to transfer PNR data for charter and business operators, our project quickly gained international momentum.
Through our innovative spirit, passion for technology, and full commitment to data privacy and security, we have successfully built a strong product portfolio that established our position as the leading PAX and CREW data compliance solution on the aviation market.
The PnrGo project is conceived in response to the newly introduced European PNR directive, which presented a massive operational challenge for Business Aviation (BA) operators. We sign our first commercial agreements for automated reporting of passenger data directly to national Passenger Information Units (PIUs).
We partner with Leon Software to build our first Flight Management System (FMS) integration. By extracting data directly from the scheduling software, we eliminate manual data entry and fully automate compliance submissions for our operators.
We expand our portfolio to support the newly announced eu-LISA requirements. Our team begins guiding carriers through mandatory registration and compliance testing for the upcoming Entry/Exit System (EES) and ETIAS.
We launch TSA Secure Flight automation to support operators arriving in, departing from, or overflying the US territory. We also introduce a real-time Sanctions Screening tool that helps carriers stay compliant amid dynamic, rapidly shifting global sanctions.
PnrGo spins off from Polish IT pioneer Matic SA (active since 1990) to become an independent entity (PNR GO sp. z o.o.). In the same year, we develop automated interactive checks for the UK’s electronic travel permits, including ETAs and eVisas.
Travel tech leader Paxport Group acquires a minority stake in PnrGo, accelerating our commercial reach. To support our scaling operations, our team grows to over 20 dedicated professionals.
At PnrGo, we are committed to maintain the highest standards of information security across all aspects of our operations. We are proud to hold an Information Security Management System (ISMS) certificate issued by PCBC, recognized by IQNET, confirming our compliance with the internationally recognized standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023-08.
This certification covers the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT software, showing our commitment to protecting data, managing risks, and keeping our systems secure and reliable.
Our certified ISMS demonstrates our proactive approach to cybersecurity, data protection, and continuous improvement—providing our clients and partners with confidence in our solutions.
